We’re rolling into the Highlands Apartments with a full spread of rich, comforting Jamaican dishes that bring the island flavor straight to your neighborhood. If you’ve been craving bold spices, slow‑braised goodness, and that unmistakable Caribbean warmth — this is your day.

Menu for September 4th
--Braised Oxtails
Slow‑cooked until tender, packed with deep island flavor and savory gravy.

--Brown Stew Chicken
A Jamaican classic — simmered low and slow in a rich, seasoned brown gravy.

--Jerk Chicken

Jamaica Mi Hungry Kitchen is rolling into Tractor Supply in Port Orchard THIS WEDNESDAY from 1–6 PM!

Come hungry because we’re bringing some of your Jamaican favorites!

WEDNESDAY’S MENU:

** Braised Oxtails — fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with flavor!

** Brown Stew Chicken with rich, and savory flavors and one of Carla’s favorites!

** Rasta Pasta with Jerk Chicken, which is creamy, flavorful and loaded with Jamaican-inspired goodness!

** Coconut Curry Shrimp, which is Juicy shrimp, simmered in a creamy coconut curry sauce packed with bold Jamaican spices and island flavor.

** Jerk Chicken: Talk about tender this fall-off-the-bone is well seasoned, marinated and cooked with that unmistakable jerk flavor!

I will also be making her FRESH Carrot Juice! We’ll be offering FREE SAMPLES so you can come by, grab a taste, and see what all the buzz is about!

Jamaica Mi Hungry Kitchen will be serving all your favorite island dishes at Tractor Supply — 1415 Olney Ave SE. Come catch the vibes, grab a hot plate, and enjoy real Jamaican flavor right here in Port Orchard.

Coconut curry shrimp was a big hit so we are bringing it back…quickly…lol! We will be setting up at Tractor Supply in Port Orchard from 2pm to 8pm on Wednesday, 26 August.

We also have more requests for Ackee and saltfish so we will have that on hand as well. Curry shrimp will be made to order so please expect a very short wait time of about 10 mins. We have had requests for a few other dishes so I’m planning on incorporating those soon. I may have some black cake but not quite sure yet. I’ll let you guys know by Tuesday. Come on by and see us for some authentic Jamaican dishes….can’t wait to serve you!!!!

Come see us tomorrow at Marcus Whitman Junior High School from 10am to 3pm. Since it’s early morning, we have some Ackee and saltfish on the menu. We had some requests for brown stew chicken so we have added that as well..
