This week, we prepared and smoked four varieties of homemade sausage in anticipation of Easter: Polish, Italian, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Texas HC. A couple of these sausage types will be featured offerings when our restaurant opens. We are eager to commence kitchen renovations at our building, which will enable us to participate in local events prior to our grand opening. We will provide updates on upcoming events and appearances. Additionally, please be on the lookout for our pit friend, Blake Stoker, who will be appearing on the new season of BBQ Brawl and will also be attending Windy City Smoke Out in Chicago this summer.
