I’ve started and deleted this post more times than I can count because, honestly, I don’t know how to put this chapter of my life into words.
If you’ve noticed I’ve been quiet around here, there’s a lot behind that.
Over the past year, my life has changed in ways I never expected. The end of a long term relationship completely changed the direction of my life. With that came a lot of emotions, healing, and figuring out who I am and what I want my life to look like moving forward.
Somewhere along the way, Frosted Crumbs became quiet too.
It wasn’t because I stopped loving it. I just needed to step back, breathe, heal, and figure things out.
Life has also brought me into a new chapter. I recently started a new job as an Administrative Assistant at St. Paul’s in Visalia. I’m excited for this new season, but this chapter is about so much more than a new job. It’s about rebuilding, growing, and finding myself again.
So for now, I’m taking a step back from Frosted Crumbs.
But this is NOT goodbye. 💞
Frosted Crumbs has been a part of my life since 2021. What started as something small became a piece of my heart. I got to create cookies and cakes for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, holidays, and so many special moments.
To everyone who has been here since day one, and to everyone who found me along the way thank you. Thank you for every order, referral, share, kind message, and for trusting me with your special moments.
Frosted Crumbs truly would not have existed without you. You gave me the opportunity to create something that was truly mine, and I will always be grateful.
You may still see me pop up here from time to time.💞 I have so many cookies, cakes, and little moments from Frosted Crumbs that I never got the chance to share, so I may post some of those memories every now and then.
I don’t know exactly what the future of Frosted Crumbs will look like, or when I’ll be back. Right now, I just know I need some time to figure out my life.
Maybe one day, when the time feels right, I’ll turn the ovens back on, roll out some dough, and make something sweet again.
This isn’t the end, just a pause. 💞
