A few weeks ago we had the honor of brewing a collab with some of the fine folks from the Great Escape MC! Last year we were able to send them a keg of our Mexican Lager for their annual poker run and this year they got to help brew their own beer.😎

On tap now and tasting mighty fine, Great Escape festbier is made with Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna malts. Hops involved are Magnum and Mt. Hood.

This beaut clocks in at 5.9% and is ready for your enjoyment!🍻

Happy Wednesday!

Today marks 14 years together, and 9 years married. What a whirlwind of a time it’s been, and insane how fast life goes by! We are currently where these youngins had dreamed of being. We have had a goal to open our own brewery since at least 2016, it’s been a very long time coming. These days are hard, barely seeing each other and if we do it’s usually because we’re both working at the brewery. No vacations or quick trips to the coast, things that we could do at any given time before starting a business.

People tell you starting and running a business is hard, and you can go into it with that in your mind, but dang does it suck every single bit of energy from you. Definitely not something you can prepare for. Haha.🤪

We are grateful for every single person that comes through our doors, whether it be daily, weekly, on an out of town trip, whenever it may be! It’s because of you that we can keep pushing, no matter how many uncontrollable things get thrown in our way.

Thank you always for the love and support y’all!💕

It’s been awhile since we’ve posted about any of the awesome food carts next door, we’re so used to eating them all the time we assume everyone else knows how good they are too!🤪

Pictured is the massive burrito you can find only at Taqueria Bravos Tacos, always packed full of everything you could ever want in a burrito. You’ll also probably need to take a nap immediately after if you make it through the whole thing in one sitting.😆

Looking at this is making me hungry so I’m going to stop talking about it and tell you to come get one too because god damn they’re good.🤤
