Crispy pan seared salmon with loaded mash potatoes for nutritious healthy meal. The skin on the salmon was perfectly crispy and lightly seasoned. Bluehouse Salmon raised is healthy and ocean safe. I like to know where my fish comes from and it's raised without antibiotics or hormones. They deliver USA raised landfarmed salmon and it's food that you can feel good about for you and your family.

Lemon butter Salmon Filet

Ingredients:
• 1 Bluehouse salmon filet cut into 2 inches
• 1tbs butter
• 1 tsp salt
• a dash of pepper
• 1tsp lemon juice
Step 1 - Let the salmon come to room temperature. Pat dry the salmon fillet.
Step 2 -Melt 1 tbs of butter in a skillet.
Step 3 - Season the salmon fillets with a little salt and pepper on both sides
Step 4 -Pan-fry salmon over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 5 - Flip the salmon and cook the salmon filet for another 2 to 4 more minutes over medium heat
Step 6 -Let the filet rest for 5 minutes.
Step 7 - Squeeze lemon juice on top and enjoy with your favorite sides!
