This one is truly a labor of love. ❤️

Layer after layer, and three days to bring it all together… but the final result makes every step worth it.

This is one of my favorite desserts to create because it has everything I love in one bite: the crunch of the tart shell, the softness of the sponge, the brightness of the raspberry, and the smooth, creamy layers that tie it all together.

It’s not just beautiful — it’s the kind of dessert that gives you a little bit of everything. ✨🍓
