there is so much info on how to tap in. But what about finding the off switch when you need human things like sleep? As a ta**us I dont let eeenyone fck with my sleep, even the spirits who I work with.

How much of a difference does it make when you pick and dry spell ingredients yourself a big difference. A huge difference in fact.
