Something new is taking shape.

What started in 2024 with a few bottles of handcrafted, real-fruit sauce has grown into smoked meats, pork belly lollipops, ribs, brisket, pulled pork and opportunities I never expected.

That growth deserves a name that represents everything we’re becoming.

Introducing Reid’s Smoke Co.

ReidSauce isn’t going anywhere. It will remain part of what we do and continue bringing the Heat Crafted Flavor that started this journey. Reid’s Smoke Co. simply gives us room to grow into more smoked meats, special events and catering.

Thank you to everyone who has bought a bottle, placed a meat order, shared a post or encouraged me along the way. This is only the beginning.

The response to this weekend’s cook has been great. Over the last two days, we’ve sold 11 brisket and pulled pork combos, plus 5 pounds of brisket and 2 pounds of pulled pork.

Since orders are still coming in, I’m opening up a few more combo spots.

The two-meat combo is $30 and includes 1 pound of pulled pork and ½ pound of brisket. Brisket is also available for $32 per pound, and pulled pork is $15 per pound.

Orders will stay open until we sell out. Preorders close Friday, August 28 at noon, with pickup Sunday, August 30.
