I hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend! It's hard to believe that summer has come and gone already. We have some tasty fall meals coming to the dining hall.
Just a note about lunch and dinner, aside from the main entree, We ALWAYS have the salad bar, pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, & chicken. Also a note about breakfast. Aside from the menu offering we always have English muffins, bagels, toast, cereal cups, & oatmeal.
Here are this week's offerings:

TUES
Breakfast scrambled eggs, sausage, homefries, fresh fruit salad
Lunch chicken Fajitas, rice, beans, Vegetables
Dinner Honey garlic pork tenderloin, roasted potato and carrots

WED
Breakfast pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs
Lunch BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, onion rings, veg.
Dinner Chicken Parm with pasta and veg

THURS
Breakfast Broccoli & tomato Strata, homefries, sausage
Lunch Carnitas enchiladas, Spanish rice, veg
Dinner Sesame Chicken, roasted squash, rice pilaf, veg

FRI
Breakfast French toast, cheesy scrambled eggs, Bacon
Lunch Fish & Chips, vegetables, cole slaw
Dinner Chef's choice
