MiNGO is a special spot for us and we are thrilled to share some of their seasonal items. They have been a Beaverton staple since 2004, serving up authentic Italian handmade pastas, creative cocktails and elegant bites made with seasonal, fresh, local ingredients. It’s an ideal spot for lunch, get togethers, dinner and celebrations alike. It’s the perfect place to get warm and cozy up during the cool months!! ⛄️🍝🔥

-White Queen: Aviation gin, Italian Bergamot liqueur, Cointreau and fresh lemon, egg white ~ shaken, up.
-MINGO Drop: Dhos firewood house infused lemon vodka, Limoncello, Grand Marnier ~ shaken, up, sugar rim.
-Scratch Made House Focaccia with Olive Oil and Fancy Salt.
-Barbabietole: Spice roasted beets, arugula, grilled pear & ricotta salata cheese, with tarragon vinaigrette.
-Mingo Salad: Romaine lettuce with lemon-garlic dressing, romano cheese and breadcrumbs.
-Fish Sandwich: pan seared steelhead burger, horseradish aioli, avocado, Walla Walla sweet onion, calabrese chilis; brioche bun, mista salad the Maiale.
-Maiale: Roasted pork - italian bbq style, crispy polenta, grilled summer vegetables.
-Torta di Capezzana: extra virgin olive oil cake; whipped cream.
-Gelato Affogato: Illy espresso, Staccato Gelato crema; house made biscotti.
-MiNGO Old Fashioned:
Old Forrester 100 proof whiskey, Monica’s perfect bitters, ZER turbinado syrup ~ stirred, bucket, big cube.

Aviation gin and Granny Smith apple infused Tito’s vodka, Cocchi Americano.
