I am originally from Omaha Nebraska, which is where my scrumptious Enchiladaz were created by my grandma, Mrs.Helen Mae Dailey, to spread love and joy throughout our family and our community! My grandma and I didn’t get the relationship we deserved due to her falling ill and passing when I was very young, and so creating Mamaz Enchiladaz LLC was so very important to me, to honor her and the soulful food she so willingly shared! My dream is to now share it with the world, because they are just that damn good!💯💯
