I understand that most people won’t read through all of this so I will start by saying: PLEASE SHARE

I’m going to be real.

My name is Charles Carter. I have never shared that I am a Law Enforcement Officer. I swore allegiance to uphold the Constitution on Jan 11, 2012. I served 4.5 years in Corrections before swearing in as a Town Marshal on Aug 10, 2016. In Aug of 2022, I took on the addition responsibility of serving as the School Resource Officer for my local schools and have been wearing multiple hats since. I now serve the town I swore to protect as well as a school district with over 1400 kids and over 250 staff members on three campuses. I have never wanted to include the badge in my story but it does stand as a testament of character and honor.

My family launched this sauce company in April of 2020 when the pandemic had shut everything down. Back then we only had one sauce and that was Sweet Heat. We saw immediate response and repeat demand so we decided to branch with additional sauces over the next couple years.

We now have 5 different pepper sauces, three distinct bbq sauces and two wing sauces. All are original recipes and stay clear of seed oils, high fructose corn syrup, artificial dies or preserves.

Each flavor has a story and is dear to our hearts.

We have now been blessed with almost 30 retail partners and a couple restaurants who use us in their kitchens.

We are looking to continue that growth. In March of 2026 we partnered with a company out of London to launch our sauces into Central and Eastern Europe. We are excited to see what this adventure brings but we are continually looking to increase our domestic footprint.

We are confident in our flavors. We are proud to offer heat that compliments your food without overpowering it. We are all about sharing our culinary adventure with those who want to take the ride.

Restocked at Franky J’s with everything including Peach Sizzle!!!

6 years ago today we came on this platform and offered up a unique pepper sauce that we though was pretty amazing. Apparently you guys thought it was too. Since then, we have continued to offer unique flavors and heat that compliments your food without overpowering it.

From our original Sweet Heat to our newest wing sauces, we are in the business of sharing original recipe flavors with those who are tired of the same ol’ artificial junk you find all over the shelves.

We now offer 5 distinct pepper sauces, 3 BBQ sauces and 2 Wing sauces and they all deliver.

We’ve launched many new locations and will soon have our flavors spreading into Central and Eastern Europe. Stay tuned! 😎

It’s been an amazing ride so far and we are just getting started!

Check out what Rasure Prints has been helping us with!!! With the sauces going overseas, we thought this was a perfect time to do some revamping of the label artwork to better reflect a cohesive brand.
