🐐🌱 It’s that time of year here on the Curve! 🌱🐐

I know it’s been pretty quite up here, however we’ve officially started the process of drying our goats up as we get ready to kick off breeding season! 🥰 There’s always something exciting happening around the farm, and I can’t wait to see what the next season brings!
We’ve also welcomed some new goat additions to the herd, and I’ll be posting pictures of our newest additions soon so you can meet them! 🐐❤️ We’re so excited to watch our herd continue to grow!
And because we apparently don’t have enough going on… 😂🐣 we’re also getting some incubators started! We’ll be hatching and adding some new feathered friends to our flock as we continue growing and expanding here at LucasCurve Farm & Homestead. 🐔🥚❤️
We’re so excited for everything that’s coming, and we can’t wait to bring you along for the journey! Big things are growing here on the Curve! 🌾🐐🐣

Sorry, it’s been so quiet here on the Curve! It’s been a little crazy getting things back in order after our week long power outage two weeks ago. Trying to get the house back in order and making sure all the animals are doing good in this weather. 🤣🙃 We hope everyone is surviving this heat! Hoping to get some more stuff posted. Try and stay cool everyone! 🪭

Well thanks to an awesome neighbor we have power again! Thankful he took over the fight with the electric company! 🤣. With that being said we will not be at the farmers market this weekend either due to having to get things back in order. Moving everything back from the camper to the house. It’s been a very chaotic week on the curve. 🙃🙃

I love hand milking our goats, it brings me so much joy. Normally. 🤣. I won’t name names, but we have been dealing with a problem child all of a sudden. It has been stressing me and Jared out so much. Jared a while back bought an automatic milker from someone for only $25 dollars. We have never used this didn’t even know if it worked. Let me tell you made the process so much easier and I loved it! 🤣🤣 I didn’t get to snap a picture of jewel I was too busy texting Jared so excited. The AI content is me removing a tarp from the background because I forgot to move it 🤣🤣🥴
