Merrill’s Barbeque is now offering two signature sandwiches!
“The Smokin’ Joe”- A brisket sloppy joe served on a brioche roll with a drizzle of our bbq sauce to finish.
“ The Porsket”- a combo pulled pork and brisket sandwich with bbq sauce and slaw. A pair of gloves are included with this sandwich, and you’ll need them.

Hi All…. It happened. Someone tried to STEAL our beloved smoker, TOP GUN, last night. Yes, someone tried to destroy our capability to serve our amazing community delicious barbeque! Police have been notified. Running a small business isn’t easy but we love it. Most of all, we love meeting all the AMAZING people who visit us. The thieves did not succeed in stealing TOP GUN. We are deeply disappointed that someone would steal, let alone from a small family business built on lots of sacrifice. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT of our small business. TOP GUN will continue to smoke all the delicious ribs & brisket for you all! Please come by & see us & brighten Merrill’s day. It would be great to see you after the challenging morning we have had. ❤️ Thank you for supporting small & local business. ❤️🙏🏻

Happy beautiful Friday everyone! Merrill’s is now home of the Smokin’ Joe. A brisket sloppy joe with a drizzle of our bbq sauce on a brioche roll. 7.50 or with a small side and drink for 10.50. If the cafeteria ladies would have made a sloppy joe like this, you would have had school lunch every day. Come Getcha Some!
