The bees have made it through the long harsh winter, and are taking their first cleansing flight of the season. They’re alive! We’ve been beekeeping for many many years and have had few hives that have actually made it through the winter. We did a lot of winter preparation this year as well as treatments for B disease, diseases and pests and at least for now it seems as though our work has paid off. Spring is coming.
