Launched in 2021 and specializing solely in Microgreens until land is acquired. Going after my dream of running a fully sustainable, no-til vegetable farm. I'm currently in the process of locating land with a goal of beginning production of mature vegetables in summer of 2022. In the meantime, I'm focusing on microgreens and WOW! I had no idea what I was missing out on. These delicious, miniature
versions of vegetables offer 20-60 times the nutritional content of most produce you'll find at chain grocery stores. Additionally, they offer unique texture and flavor that can be added to any sandwich, salad or soup. Or just open the box and eat them as a snack! They're as yummy as if you were standing in the garden picking them right from the plant.
