Did you know how much this baker uses her insta-read thermometer? This has come into handy when I bake, I check every loaf and all my cinnamon rolls to make sure they not only look done on the outside but they are also done on the inside! ✅

Right on track for All 18 loaves shaped before cold ferment for Fridays bread drop at Moser's Farm Market and Barn! ✅

All while juggling mandatory training and call outs for my husband, school drop offs, entertaining a toddler, and making sure a puppy stays out of trouble. All thanks to YOU! My wonderful customers. Thanks for making this dream possible as I stay home with my kiddos and pursue my baking dreams! 🩷🥰

Talking about cookies…my cookies have again and again been a FAV!!!! Which I mean who doesn’t love a good chocolate chip cookie 😉

I love the way people have gifted or bought my cookies! What are your favorite ways to gift my cookies? School sports? House Warming Gift? Birthdays?! Football Friday night, nothing like snacking while watching football!

Anything you need I got you covered!!!! 🍪I have done bulk orders, reach out to me if interested 🩷

With that being said Moser's Farm Market and Barn have asked for me to INCREASE my cookie sale this Saturday, so if you need some cookies…this weekend is the weekend! Also dropped some off this morning….fresh baked at 6AM 🤪

Sorry the juggling of baker, cleaner, planner, and social media person has failed. Haha I need to be better at social media . But you betcha I’ve been baking like crazy, doing custom orders, continually increasing my amounts at Mosers before they close for the winter the end of this month, and I get back to my hot plate doing porch pick ups!

Sourdough is harder then traditional baking I feel like. I’m constantly planning out when I need to feed my starter, when I hope it will rise, when I can form all my dough, and then of course need to bake it all! I’ve been failing at time management often staying up till past 3am getting everything done or waking up at 4am to finish everything. Here is to trying to be more Type A, and get some sleep and enjoy family time in the midst of it all.

POV: It’s a rainy Saturday morning, football is on at noon, and soccer is this AM. Kids are still sleeping and just finishing getting all the baked goods finished 🤍. See ya Moser's Farm Market and Barn !

Thank you to everyone who has taken time to interact with my page and take a guess of the amount of flour my cottage bakery uses in a week!

The winner is Kelly Bluth!!!!! At her guess of 100 lbs! It takes 120lbs (12 lb bags) for my one week of making 54 sourdough loaves, 144 brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies, and 36 cinnamon rolls in a week.

All together with the starter I need to have on hand to make all my products to the additional flour into the recipe. It’s no joke!
