🐷 Pulled Pork Protein Bowl

Three high-protein, ready-to-heat meals built around real J&R flavor — convenient food without the boring “meal prep” vibe. 💪

These are the three meals that will launch J&R Fuel.

We had a **seriously strong response** to the menu builder survey, and the data is already helping shape the first test menu.

A few things came through loud and clear: well over half of you picked a **BBQ Chicken Sweet Potato Bowl**, more than **3/4 of you prioritized high-protein meals**, and an overwhelming **9 out of 10 favored BBQ/smoked flavors**.

So yes — we’re listening. The **BBQ Chicken Sweet Potato Bowl** is officially being planned as one of the first J&R Fuel meals. 💪🔥

Next step is finalizing the soft launch menu, pickup plan, pricing, and production schedule. Fuel is moving from idea to action.

🚨 Alright, y’all — put Groovy Girl Café on your radar. 🚨

Stopped by the Farmers Market today and got my hands on a Strawberry Fields Forever iced matcha from Groovy Girl Café… and OH. MY. GOODNESS. 🍓🍵🔥 Absolutely outstanding.

And this isn’t your average throw-some-flavor-in-a-cup operation. She’s making her own flavor syrups, putting real thought into what she serves, and you can taste it. The whole setup is killer, the drinks are legit, and judging by the huge line that had formed before I even left, word is getting out. 👀

I’ve had the chance to collaborate with Groovy Girl before, so I already knew she did great work — but today just reinforced it.

This is exactly the kind of small local business we love seeing win. ❤️

Go follow Groovy Girl Café, keep an eye on where that sweet little trailer is popping up, and when you see it — GO. GET. SOMETHING. Seriously. Seek her out whenever you get the chance.
