{ Bellingen NSW 🇦🇺 } Such a cute, bohemian town on the mid north coast of NSW. While so many eateries were closed for lunch on the Wednesday that we drove through, we did manage a delicious bite at Za'atar, along the main street. Then, hidden away down an alley was Hearthfire Sourdough Bakery where we had coffee and a most delicious fig and macadamia brownie.

{ North Sydney NSW 🇦🇺 } From the beaches and hills of the Coffs Coast to cosmopolitan Sydney, we're keeping all options open right now as we suburb shop in Australia. Had a birthday lunch at Treehouse. A real perk of being here is being able to celebrate milestones with family and friends. We used to live here in North Sydney! And while it was a bit quiet on a Wednesday lunchtime, it certainly brought back memories of running a business here. Would I do that again? Maybe. Currently doing everything to avoid getting a full time office job. After all, it's been over 16 years since I worked full time and longer since I worked for another company. But having an income would be another perk 😂 so there are decisions to be made. Will enjoy my rediscovery of Australia to the fullest while I can!

{ 🇦🇺 } What a lovely breakky at Noon with . This gluten free option of potato rosti topped with salmon, served with fennel salad and jammy eggs was an absolute perfect combination. Lovely piccolo's paired with a good catch-up was just what I needed as a re-introduction to Aussie life.

{ Coffs Coast NSW 🇦🇺 } So fortunate to be able to spend some time on the Coffs Coast, where the weather is beautiful and the ocean is just there. The views are stunning and all the tropical fruit trees are giving. If you've never been , be sure and put it on your list of places to visit. It's an idyllic get away for sure!

{ , Manly NSW 🇦🇺 } What can I say I've missed the most about Australia? Yes, sure, the bright light, expansive skies, friends and family, all that! But also the cuisine that is oh so fresh, minimal, seasonal. (thank you) recommended Hugo's for classic Manly fare and it didn't disappoint. The kids shared fish & chips and garlic pizza, the husband had a vegetarian gnocchi and I indulged on Sydney Rock Oysters and a burrata on radicchio & roasted pumpkin salad. Fabulous way to have a lovely lunch with the family on the docks with a view of the harbour. I can't wait to go back.
