Apple Pie Protein Bars ππ₯§β¨

π 1 cup diced apples
πΎ 1 cup oat flour
πͺ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
π 3 tablespoons maple syrup
π€ 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Add the diced apples, oat flour, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir until a thick, chunky dough forms.
3. Press the dough firmly into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Smooth the top evenly with a spatula.
5. Bake at 350Β°F for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
6. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
