Last week, members of our operations and leadership team had the opportunity to volunteer at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank alongside fellow Dunkin' colleagues as part of Dunkin’ Good Citizens Month.

From sorting and packing food to supporting the incredible team on-site, it was a meaningful way to give back to the community we’re proud to serve every day.

We’re grateful to be part of an organization that prioritizes community impact and giving back to communities across Rhode Island.

Last week, we hosted our 3rd Annual Dan’s Management Company Hospitality Rally at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet—and what an incredible day it was!

This event is all about celebrating the people who make everything happen—our amazing managers and leaders across all of our stores. 🩷🧡

We recognized top-performing stores in categories like:
🍩 Highest donut sales
⏱️ Speed of service
📱 Mobile order accuracy

We also celebrated:
✨ Our newest managers
📈 Promotions across 2025
👏 And the incredible team members who stayed open on Christmas Day to serve our communities

We truly couldn’t do what we do without this hardworking, dedicated group. Every single day, they show up ready to take care of our guests and each other—and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Sometimes the smallest moments can mean the most. ❤️

Yesterday, our Oaklawn Avenue Dunkin' locations had the honor of being part of an incredible recovery journey.

After suffering a stroke, Rich began visiting our Cranston store to practice saying his coffee order as part of his speech recovery. With the support of his family, those moments were filmed and shared online — and quickly touched thousands of people.

Our team in Cranston, with help from our North Smithfield crew, wanted to celebrate Rich’s progress in a small way. They surprised him with donuts printed with a photo of him and his son, his go-to Dunkin’ order, and thanks to Dunkin', Rich and his family were treated to some amazing swag, free coffee for a year, and tickets to a Red Sox game! ⚾

We’re incredibly proud of our crew members who helped create such a meaningful moment for Rich and his family. While coffee and donuts may have only played a small role, it’s an honor to be part of a story about perseverance, family, and community.

We’re honored to share that one of our Woonsocket Dunkin' team members, Marc Ray, was recently recognized by the community for their outstanding hospitality and positive impact. Their dedication to making every guest feel welcome is what Dunkin’ is all about.

Our thoughts are with everyone impacted, and we extend our support to the students, families, faculty, first responders, and community members affected by these recent events.

Providence and Rhode Island are strong because of the people who make up our communities — and in moments like these, that strength matters more than ever.

We gathered at Topgolf for an evening of good food, great company, and some friendly competition on the bays. Our team showed up with their best (and funniest!) ugly sweaters, making the night even more festive. ⛳️🎁

Last week, our team came together to assemble 72 lunches for unhoused individuals in our local community. 💛

We partnered with Fifty Three: Five, a nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding those in need every single week. Their mission is rooted in compassion and consistency, and we’re honored to support their efforts.

Thank you to our employees who volunteered their time to make a difference. Acts of kindness—no matter how big or small—truly strengthen the communities we serve.
