USDA and federally inspected butcher

-$4.20 per pound hanging weight.
A deposit is required to reserve your spot, with the remainder due upon confirmation of the hanging weight.
Cut, wrap fees payable to the butcher on the day of pickup, with optional drop-off arrangements available for an additional fee.

Unlike other suppliers, our pricing structure reflects the unique characteristics of each carcass, ensuring you pay for the actual weight of your beef.

Deposits are :
$500 for a full beef
$ 300 for a half beef
Estimated sizes range from 300-600 pounds for full beef

250-500 pounds for half

$77.50 per half beef

wrapping costs of $0.86 per pound for paper wrap $1.09 per pound for vacuum seal.

100% Grass-Fed Beef Available in Full and Half Shares. Customers can customize how their beef is cut and wrapped, as well as specify the aging duration.

Delivery can be arranged

$4.20 per pound hanging weight.

kill fee of $155 applies to full beef shares. Deposits are required: $500 for full shares

$300 for half shares, with the balance due on the day of processing.

Additional fees apply for packaging:
$0.86 per pound for paper wrap

$1.09 per pound for vacuum seal.

Half beef shares are priced at $77.50, with the same packaging options.
