💬 WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK, PUEBLO! 💬

Owning a small food business comes with a lot more expenses than people see behind the scenes—food costs, permits, insurance, fuel, propane, supplies, maintenance, event/vendor fees, labor, and everything in between.

Lately, business has been slow, and we’re trying to figure out what the community really wants and needs from Fresitas so we can make the right changes and keep moving forward. ❤️

We recently tried offering burrito orders and delivery, but unfortunately it hasn’t taken off like we hoped. We also made the decision to focus mainly on events instead of being out at a regular location—but now we’re wondering if that’s what our customers actually want.

So instead of guessing, we want to hear directly from YOU.

🌯 Would you rather see Fresitas set up at a regular location on consistent days and times instead of events only?

We know the food truck/trailer business takes time, and we’re willing to adjust. We don’t want to keep throwing things at the wall and hoping something sticks. We want to build Fresitas around what our community actually wants.

After a lot of thought and consideration, we’ve made a business decision that we feel is best for Fresitas moving forward. ❤️

Going forward, Fresitas will only be setting up for public events, private events, and scheduled pop-ups. We will no longer be at a regular weekly location. We’ll post our schedule each week so you’ll always know where to find us!

We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause, and we truly appreciate everyone who continues to support Fresitas. 🌸

With these new changes, the Fresitas trailer will still be busy making burritos! Starting Monday, we will begin offering burrito delivery.
