This project is moving right along. Today we set a couple Infinity drain shower bases as part of our rough in inspection. Once this is passed drywall will begin and then final fixtures. It’s always nice to see the progress from the ground up until it’s finished.

This is an addition that we did the ground works on over the summer. The customer is now ready to have the interior plumbing completed. since we did most of the work underground this home will have every fixture in the home isolated on its own valve. it’s always important to be able to isolate things if there is an issue one day. This rail system is coming together nicely! Huge shout out to our techs as this is the quality of work we strive for!
Before and after water heater swap out. This heater was neglected for awhile and caused some damage to the floor. We replaced it today and added a pan and drain line so no damage will happen again once this heater reaches its life expectancy. This was a bathroom addition we did on an existing home in Hamilton. Today we came back to set the final fixtures. I love how this project came together and the customers are equally as happy! Today we replaced an old water heater for a family in Middletown. The old heater was leaking out of the bottom and was an emergency case. We were able to get them back up and running today. Thank you for allowing us to do the work for you. We truly appreciate it.
Radiant heated flooring job is completed and came out looking sharp! Sheldon Jenkins designed and ran the mechanical room set up and knocked it out of the park. Today we started working on this custom steam shower. We got the walls opened up and are still removing and updating some old piping. At the end this shower will have 4 steam heads and a Eucalyptus scent bottle that will inject automatically into the steamer with the push of a button. Stay tuned for how this project turns out.

Today we had to bring the boss out to dig for us! The best part about being a small family oriented business is the friendships made along the way. Our employees work hard and if not for their families support..the job would be much harder. We have the best team and they have the best families. It’s what makes the world go round. I can’t say enough about our crew and how hard they work. They are amazing to work with everyday. They are out repairing another underground water service leak in Round Hill. Today we replaced this old sewer with new PVC. The customer had multiple clogs and multiple leaks in the ground over the years. They Costed them extra money and finally they made the decision to replace it. We were able to get this job done for them and under budget. Let us know if we can help you with your next project.
Finished up another underground water and sewer replacement! We got to work with the town of Purcellville on this one. They were a big help at the meter box. Also, you can never be to safe out there!
We got this tie in completed today. Turned out to be a nice day on the roof top!
Today we are finishing up some gas work on a commercial building in Sterling. The roof top unit was delayed a bit and is now set and ready to be hooked up.
Another customer officially has running water again and this time no underground leaks. This pipe was doomed when it was buried at 22” deep. Our crew put some late hours in on this one but were able to get the job done and done properly. We replaced this water line and buried it at 36” deep. We are truly blessed and thankful to have such a great team. Thank you again to everyone involved and allowing us to do the work for you. We truly appreciate it.
This is another underground water line that fell victim to the cold temps. This could have been avoided though. Whoever put this line in the ground dug it way to shallow. At 22” deep it’s a recipe for disaster. Not all plumbers are the same I assure you. We excavated this whole section of pipe and buried it properly at 36” deep. We always look for the long term solution for customers instead of the quick fix.

Thank you to our team for the long hours they work and time spent away from their families so that we can get other peoples utilities back on. Todays excavation started early and we hope to have this main water line replaced before dark. We are truly blessed to have these two on our team!
This customer was losing 700-800 gallons of water a day due to an underground water leak. We got the crew on site early this morning and will hopefully have this line replaced before the day is over. The town shut their water off due to the amount of water that was being wasted. After today they won’t have to worry about this issue again.
Making preparations for our last customer with broken pipes. Tomorrow we will dig up this customers water service and get them back up and running again. thank you to everyone who reached out to us this week for help. We truly appreciate all of you.
Some more broken pipes our techs are out repairing. After Saturday we will have officially gotten everyone who reached out to us taken care of from the big freeze.
This morning we went back to our excavation site from last night and made the final touches. We always try our best to put things back as they were no matter the amount of digging that has to be done.
We put in a long day today but we got this families water back on. They have been without water since Friday and were extremely glad to get back up and running. The main water service line to the home had frozen and busted due to the cold weather. We have done our best to get to everybody and fix all of the issues from the cold temps but have a few more to get to over the next couple of days. Big shout out to our crew and their families for pulling the long hours!
We have 1/2 of the heated flooring laid so far in this custom home. Today we routed the rest of the custom grooves and covered the pipe we have run with Ram board to protect it from getting damaged while the build continues. Today our lead service tech replaced a 75 gallon propane water heater in Round Hill. We also put the new heater in a pan and piped the emergency line to the sump pump. Thank you again for allowing us to do the work for you guys. We truly appreciate it.

Finished up two more rooms on the warm board project. Cruising into the holidays ahead of schedule is a great feeling. After a long weekend with our families we will be back on this one to finish it up. Thank you again and merry Christmas!
After a lot of custom router grooves we started laying the lines in the floor for our radiant heat. This project is coming together nicely and should be done next week. The advantages to this system are endless when it comes to saving money in the long run and not having dust circulating around in your house. Using water in a closed loop system like this is to heat and cool your home is an efficient and clean way to offset your hvac system.

Today we started a radiant heated floor project on this custom build home in Hillsboro. There is a lot of work ahead of us but we are excited to get after it. There are so many benefits to radiant floors. We are happy the homeowners went with the designer we preferred and can’t wait to see how this project turns out. Working a little late tonight running gas pipe in Chantilly. We ran 168’ of 3/4 steel and had to remove 80’ of 1/2”. It feels good to get another project rapped up before the holidays. This one is ahead of schedule which is how we like it to be. Let us know if we can help you on your next project.

The whether delayed us slightly out of caution but the team replaced a grease trap this afternoon for a local restaurant. We disposed of the old one and added a few updates to the new one. We do residential and commercial work as well. Let us know if we can help you on your next project.
Today we did some work for one of our General Contractors in Leesburg. The roof of this commercial building was being replaced and two roof drains relocated. We re piped these 6” roof drains to the storm stack and now the old building will be protected from water damage. It’s always a pleasure to work on these older buildings. Finished up this project today. We ran a new water service to 3 outside yard hydrants for a new farm. The lines were insulated and the penetration points sealed back up and sleeved. This project came out looking great. Thank you again to our newest clients and thank you for trusting us to do the work for you!
This is an underground sewer line we ran a camera down today. The customer complained of sewer clogs and possible tree roots in the sewer line. You can see some of the sewer pipe was replaced with PVC and where they made the tie into the cast iron they used a flexible coupling known as a fernco. That point has fallen down and is creating a choke point. The next task ahead is digging up the rest of the sewer and replacing all of the old cast iron with PVC which should have been done in the first place. It would have saved money in the long run had the repair been made properly in the first place. We received a call today about flooding occurring in a local business. We arrived shortly after the call and realized the sump pump was not working. Our lead tech worked quickly and installed a new pump and kept the water damage to a minimum and did not inconvenience the operation of the store. What happens in the winter when the sump pump discharge line isn’t ran properly? It freezes! We were able to unthaw this line and repair it inside the home where it broke. Thank you for allowing us to do the work for you! We truly appreciate it.
