Two more lambs, born today (3/15/2016). A boy and girl, making the count to date 3 boys and three girls.

Lambing season is upon us. So far we have four lambs, two boys and two girls. The girls have been named Gladys and Gwendolyn. Will post piccy's tomorrow.

We have some registered Tunis ewes for sale. These are really wonderful sheep for first time owners, they have lovely calm temperaments. We are asking $200/each.

This is Lumpkin with Nikki. We raised her from the day she was born by bottle feeding her. She had been infected with Feline Infectious Peritonitis probably when she was born. And she succumbed to the disease about two years after this picture was taken. She was such a loving, sweet kitty.

Ziba in the big pasture

This is our purebred Caspian stallion, Ziba. He is a very tractable, intelligent boy. He's was awarded a premium status at his North American Sport Pony inspection, with an 8 for his jumping!

We raise Tunis sheep for meat and fiber. This is an heirloom breed of sheep that has it's roots in colonial America. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson had Tunis sheep in their flocks.
