Can't wait! This will be a great show. Come on down to support local vendors. I'll be there with several new tinctures along with vanilla extract and the usual goodies. 💚

Just over a month away!

Goldenrod is a very beneficial "w**d" and often mistakenly blamed for allergies. Traditional it's used for:

Urinary health: a mild diuretic (increases urine flow) to help flush out the kidneys and bladder

Reduces swelling: antioxidants and plant compounds that help lower inflammation and ease fluid retention

Respiratory relief: can dry up excess mucus, easing stuffy noses, sinus pain, and seasonal allergy symptoms

Skin healing: can help soothe minor skin wounds, eczema, and bug bites

So excited to try this new tincture. There are so many health benefits to this one and helps build the immune system. Thanks to Mestdagh's By The Dam Honey for the propolis!

A friend was planning on having his field brush hogged and said I could harvest all the Mullein I wanted. There was more than I had time to gather, but I was able to collect quite a bit. I mostly focused on 1st year plants to get the roots.
