We got to work a few days this week! More rain moved in and we received over 3" on most farms. Rest of the week has been spent maintaining equipment. We are getting ready for hay! Be here before we know it!

Rains have slowed down the row crop farming so here’s an update on the forages we have sown!

Oats and peas are looking good! Sorghum is coming up needs some heat and dry weather but it’s off to the races as well!

Stay tuned for a “new” to us piece of equipment showing up next week! Any guess what it is?

Putting on ammonia for the corn ground, spraying corn ground, and baling rye! Also got the rest of the bulls out! We will use this rye to feed the cows through the winter!
