Food Not Bombs Quincy

09/27/2026

Hello! Our serve is still on today despite the weather! We have hot food and smiling faces! We distribute food, clothes and groceries every Sunday from 1-3 in Quincy Center.

If you ever want to contribute, need a third space, or have too much stuff, come see us! We have been running a little low on donations lately, so clean those closets and message us!

Stay safe and indoors today, if possible!

Hello! Today's serve was a little lighter due to the Moon Festival. We still had our usual PB&J's, water and literature, set up in the same space as always. No clothes or groceries this week, unfortunately. We also didn't bring the canopy today but luckily had trees to shade us.

Is there something in particular you'd like to see at our serves? What do you think will help your community? Come find us every Sunday in Quincy Center from 1-4

Hey, folks! Sorry we haven't been posting much lately. The world is being purposefully set on fire by pedophiles who know your every move. Also, this is our social media guy. What can ya do?

We're still here every week, serving YOU to create a better world. Do you want to help? Come to a serve! Are you upset about inequality? Come to a serve! Bring your friends! Bring your old clothes! Help us build a better world. All the material is already here, in our homes.

Every Sunday. Quincy Center, 1-4. Be good. Love you 💙😘

Our menu today. It's always a good day when we run out of food. We met a lot of folks in need of assistance today, and we are happy to provide it. We're here every Sunday from 1-3 in Quincy Center.

One of our members brought tomato plants from their garden. We gave away 11 plants! Let's hope they produce plenty of fruit, and inspire people to grow their own produce and help reduce the supply chain.

Tomatoes from the store taste like ass anyway. Grown in a box with artificial light, sprayed with cancer, grown in cancer, and the same recycled water over and over again. It's a shame we only get a few weeks of real tomatoes around here.

We are eternally grateful to every member. Each person brings a different skillset, new and different ideas and backgrounds which blend into the melting pot we call a community. Wanna help? Message us!

Rain or shine, we're looking out for our community! Yesterday was a success despite the weather. We had an awning and plenty of people were happy to gather under to share a hot, free, nutritious meal.

We don't do this just to fight hunger, poverty, war, and capitalism. We do this because there is more than enough food to feed everyone every day to make them their best selves, but those in charge think otherwise.

We do this for everyone, no matter who they are, what they look like or where they come from. We don't ask for money. We know we can do this without spending money with the help of local restaurants, bakeries and produce markets. Someone may not make money in the end off it, but there is more than enough for everyone. It's better off in someone's stomach than in the trash or a landfill. A hungry person passing by your business today could be a customer tomorrow. You never know. It's amazing what people can do when they don't have to worry about basic survival needs.

We're here in Quincy Center from 1-3 every Sunday. Want to help? Message us and find out how!

It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood for a serve. This individual needs to be better about posting our serves BEFOREHAND. Anyway! Every Sunday, from 1-3, you can catch us in front of John Adams statue in Quincy Center for free food, clothes, groceries and community!

Here's a pic from our recent Sunday serve. We're looking and operating better each week. Our menu included:
-Vegan Chili
-White Rice
-Potato Curry
-PB&Js
-Donuts
-Tea, coffee, hot cocoa, juice & water

Plus free clothes, groceries, and handwarmers. Always free in solidarity for everyone.

Real talk, it's rough out there. Being in front of the Quincy Center T station, we see and meet folks from all walks of life. Local shelters are overflowing. A few weeks ago, an individual on crutches passing by told us there is currently a lottery system in place to see who gets a bed each night. We got billions for war, but never enough to feed the poor. Well, guess what, fam? If it wouldn't hurt someone's industry, these problems would be solved tomorrow. Until that tomorrow comes, we at Food Not Bombs are all around the world today, providing free food, clothes and hope to anyone who may approach us.

Do YOU want to get involved? We are always looking for helping hands and smiling faces to help collect, cook and distribute meals. Message us here or come by our tent Sundays from 1-3
