At Coffee Should, we believe coffee should be easy to get. Here's what's available right now. Every bag is 8 oz, small batch, single origin and all natural.

☀️ LIGHT ROAST
• El Salvador: citrus, stone fruit, honey-like sweetness
• Thailand: citrus, red fruit, cacao/chocolate

🌤️ MEDIUM ROAST
• Colombia: chocolate, nutty, smooth finish
• Guatemala: chocolate, caramel, mild citrus
• Colombia Decaf: milk chocolate, malted red fruit, goji berry

🌑 DARK ROAST
• Costa Rica: full body, semi-sweet chocolate, nutty
• Papua New Guinea: chocolate, tropical fruit, floral
• Sumatra: dark chocolate, cedar, deep smoke

Not sure where to start? Tell me in the comments how you drink your coffee: black, with cream, sweet, iced, or whatever your morning looks like. Or just tell me what coffee you're buying off the store shelf right now. Either way, I'll point you to the bag I think you'll like best.

There's no Market Night at Bob Wells Nursery at Sorelle Farms this week because they're gearing up for their Fall Festival this Saturday. I'll be back on the porch starting next Thursday, 5–8 PM.

It's Trash AI Tuesday 🎩☕
This week the AI went full old-timey vaudeville: two fellas in bowler hats, one bag of Coffee Should, and ten seconds of 1930s drama.

Did these guys buy their suits together at the same time? 🤔 What stands out to you?

It's Trash AI Tuesday, and this week the AI went full old-timey vaudeville on us. Two fellas in bowler hats, one bag of Coffee Should, and about ten seconds of pure 1930s drama. Who's on First, Abbott and Costello don't have any competition here.

Did these guys buy their suits together at the same time? 🤔 What did you notice? What stands out to you?

No actual vaudevillians were caffeinated in the making of this video. It's just a computer doing its best impression of 1934 and missing by a mile.

"Hi friends, it's Market Night! Tonight, 5 to 8 pm at Bob Wells Nursery, Sorelle Farms. The roaster's been running nonstop and my booth is well stocked. Grab a bag of fresh roasted organic coffee, get your knives sharpened while you browse, and soak up a beautiful Thursday evening with good people. Beans on deck tonight: Papua New Guinea, Colombia, Colombia Decaf, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Brazil, Sumatra, and the new one from Thailand I'm excited for y'all to try. Beyond the coffee, you've got farmers, ranchers, bakers, and other local makers, plus food trucks and music filling out the evening. Small businesses like these thrive because of nights like tonight. Come hang out, shop local, and let's make it a good one. See you on the porch!"

Hi friends 👋

Looking forward to Market Nights tomorrow at Bob Wells Nursery at Sorelle Farms from 5 to 8 pm.

I'm back from my trip and have been working the roaster hard to get ready for tomorrow night. I'll be on the porch with my fresh roasted organic coffee beans and I'll also be sharpening knives while you shop.

I have a great selection of coffee beans☕🫘 ready - Papua New Guinea, Colombia, Colombia Decaf, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Brazil, Sumatra and a bean that's new to me from Thailand. Let me know which ones interest you the most. 👇

There's a lot more than just me and my coffee at this great Thursday evening market. There will be local farmers, ranchers, bakers and other artisans as well as food trucks and music. 🎆🎇
