What a great way to show appreciation for your team.

We had the chance to cater the Silgan Containers company picnic at the zoo, and it was such a nice event to be part of. Good food, families enjoying the day, and a company taking the time to celebrate the people who help keep things moving every day.

Really grateful we got to be a small part of their day. Thanks to Silgan Containers for having us out!

Well… I got my page back.

Then I got busy doing what I actually do—cooking, events, working with my team—and apparently forgot I had a page to post on.

Change is good. Trying new things is good.

Tonight, we’re honored to be serving more than 90 guests at The Bourbon Chronicles Dinner! 🥃

This is always one of my favorite events. It’s a big night, but when I have a team like this behind me, they make it look easy. I couldn’t do what I do without their hard work, talent and dedication.

I’m proud to be their chef—and even prouder to call them my team. Now, let’s make tonight one to remember!
