Double loaf pan method?

Finally I got to try this, and I absolutely love the result! Not only the loaves came out beautifully, this method has increased the baking efficiency 👌🏻

Same weight, same crispy crust, same deliciousness. And trust me, this will make slicing so much easier!

Trying a different bagel shaping method.
It’s fun to shape the bagel this way, as long as it’s properly proofed imo.

Rolled 48 bagels today, and they are now napping in fridge overnight, I’ll be baking them early tomorrow morning.

This is by far my favorite granola! I’ve tried using cranberries before, but personally, I prefer the wild blueberries because they don’t tend to stick to your teeth and are less sweet.

You can find liquid coconut oil at most grocery stores. I bought mine at Woodman’s—Carrington Farms Organic Unflavored Coconut Oil.

I have this with my Greek yogurt every day, and I just can’t get enough! 🤘🏻
