Our hens are happy and healthy, laying rich & delicious eggs daily. We keep a clean environment for our flock. Our eggs are collected daily, kept clean but unwashed on the counter top, to be as fresh as possible. We suggest keeping unwashed eggs on the counter for 2 weeks or washed eggs refrigerated for up to 3 months. Washed eggs must be refrigerated. During the egg laying process, a protective l

ayer called “bloom” coats the egg and protects bacteria from getting inside by sealing the 6,000 + pores. You should wash eggs before cracking. From our coop to your table🥚🍳
