Yesterday was nothing short of AMAZINGGGG 😭🦋💛

I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to everybody who supported me, placed an order, reposted my flyer, tagged a friend, sent encouraging words, and showed me love in any way. Y’all really don’t understand how much that means to me.

To see my platters selling, my food being enjoyed, and people coming back for more… it truly reminded me why I started. Every order, every “this was so good,” every message, every share… it all gave me the motivation to keep going and keep pushing even harder.

And I also have to give a special shoutout to my aunt Jennifer “Big Red” James 🥹❤️ because she is truly the reason I even started cooking. The love, the inspiration, and the passion behind Big Redz Kitchen comes from her… and I carry that with me every single time I step in the kitchen. That’s a story for another day, but just know this is bigger than food for me 🦋✨

I’m beyond grateful for each and every person that believed in me and supported Big Redz Kitchen. I don’t take ANY of this for granted. This wasn’t just a successful day… this was a blessing.

This is the type of meal that’ll have you sitting down quiet… no talking… just eating 😂💯

We got that baked mac & cheese baked to perfection, cheesy, creamy, and that golden top just like it’s supposed to be 🧀🔥 We got them cabbage greens cooked down right, full of flavor, not bland, not watery 🥬🤎 AND that plate is sitting next to some good food that’s gonna have you licking the fork fr 😭🔥
