Happy Stanley Cup Finals, Raleigh!!! 🏒❤️🖤

We’re big fans of the Carolina Hurricanes around here, and we’re cheering loud as they step onto the biggest stage in hockey tonight on home ice!

The Hurricanes making it to the finals has us thinking about someone on our team we know would be cheering the loudest, Rene Greco.

Rene was a longtime barista on the 321 Coffee team who passed away unexpectedly last year. She was also one of the biggest Hurricanes fans we’ve ever met. From meeting players and hanging out with Stormy to sounding the siren, her love for the Canes was so contagious. We know she would be absolutely thrilled to see this playoff run.

So from all of us at 321 Coffee, and especially in honor of Rene,

Come join the growing 321 Coffee team in a newly opened role!

Assistant Shift Manager

This role works independently alongside other Assistant Shift Managers with offsite support from a Shift Manager or Store Manager to deliver an excellent customer service in our coffee shops! The team of assistant shift managers welcomes customers, prepares drinks, and handles day-to-day shop operations of the full 321 Coffee experience. They are expected to be able to independently run the shop during a shift without immediate onsite supervision and will help to deliver an excellent customer experience. Long before the Costco shelves, there were just folding tables...

In 2017, Lindsay and Michael were two college students at NC State with a few folding tables and one idea: open a coffee shop with a purpose.

Almost ten years later? Multiple coffee shops (including one on NC State's campus!), a roastery where we roast thousands of pounds of coffee, partnerships with leading grocery stores, a team of incredible baristas showing what’s possible every single day, and a community that continues to grow beyond anything we imagined.
