"Dark, I mean Dark Chocolate" This one was hard to photograph because it is so dark. A true dark chocolate cake with a dark chocolate ganache. Even with all that chocolate, it is not overly sweet. Perfect for lovers of pure dark chocolate.

For January - March 2011, we have chosen to donate 10% of all sales to the SUSAN G. KOMEN for the Cure - NC Triangle Affiliate. They are a wonderful organization, helping people right here in the Triangle.

Cinna-Ribbon Bundt is here ! It has a light, crumbly, almost coffee cake texture with a ribbon of cinnamon and nuts running through the middle. Your choice of walnuts, almonds (my favorite) or pecans. Perfect with a big glass of milk.
