Early morning bakes!!
I’m still trying to get my starter back to normal 🙄
It could also be my patience!
I let this dough proof overnight so hopefully it will rise better than the last two loaves.

Back from five days at the coast, I pulled out some healthy starter and fed it for a morning mix!
