It’s with a full heart that I share this chapter is coming to a close. Central Illinois Charcuterie is no longer accepting orders.

What began as a creative outlet turned into something truly beautiful—so many amazing events, connections, and memories. Each board was crafted with care, and it meant the world to be part of your celebrations, milestones, and everyday moments.

After the loss of my dad, I’ve felt a deep need to slow down and re-center. Life is short, and I want to spend more time with the people who matter most—my family, my friends, my circle.

Thank you to everyone who supported this small business. Your trust, kindness, and enthusiasm helped make this dream real. I’ll forever be grateful.

Here’s to slowing down, soaking up life, and moving forward with love. 💛

Dear Charcuterie Friends,

For the foreseeable future, I’ll be stepping away from charcuterie orders to focus on something very important—supporting a loved one as they navigate a new chapter in their health journey. Family comes first, and right now, my time and energy are needed there.

I’m so grateful for all of your support, and I look forward to the day I can return to creating beautiful boards for your special moments. Until then, keep grazing, keep celebrating, and hug your loved ones a little extra!

Hey charcuterie lovers!

I know I’ve been a little quiet on social media, but I’m still here and still taking orders! My daughter’s volleyball schedule has been keeping me busy, but I’m also gearing up for some exciting events this spring.

📅 May 3rd – I’ll be hosting a charcuterie workshop at Allerton Park! Stay tuned for details.
🌸 May 17-18 – I’m making boards for Picnic with the Peonies at Allerton Park—such a beautiful event!

In the meantime, I’m accepting orders for all of life’s big (and small) celebrations. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, graduation, or just a night in, I’d love to create something special for you!
