Teriyaki salmon strips with avocado feta salsa
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cherry tomatoes (chopped)
1 1/2 avocado
1/2 of a red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Lime juice
3 tbsp feta
1 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
My salmon was preciously prepped- coated in olive oil then baked at 375 for 15 min & broil for another 3 min. To reheat for this meal, I cut the whole piece into smaller strips then sautéed on high heat with teriyaki sauce (for about 2 min or until hot & evenly coated). Combine all salsa ingredients and then squeeze lime juice over everything. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve with the salmon once done.
