Hey there! My name is Quriss Romero and I am the owner of Q’s Brews and Booze, a dry hire mobile bar built with purpose, love, and hard work with a belief that life’s best moments deserve to be celebrated and remembered with the people you love.
With over ten years of bartending and management experience I have seen firsthand how the right atmosphere, the right drink, and the right company can turn an ordinary day into an unforgettable memory. That is exactly why I started Q’s Brews and Booze, so you can relax, enjoy your people and make the most of your special moments.
When you book with me you are not just hiring a bartender you are gaining someone who handles all the things you don’t want to worry about so you can focus on having a great time. From setup to clean up, drink prep to presentation, I will have you covered. My goal is simple: to make your event seamless, stress-free, full of great energy and tasty drinks!
This business has been a dream of mine for years and was rebranded early this year when I unexpectedly lost my little brother, Quentin. Dedicating a business to him to keep his name alive and do something I love has helped me navigate through this unimaginable loss. Talking about him, remembering him and getting to help others create memories that will last a lifetime has been priceless. My daughter Kingsley has been a light when I have needed it most and has kept me grounded and smiling on the hardest of days. I know my brother is watching over us, proud of the woman, mother and business owner I have become, and proud to know that his sister will never let him be forgotten.
