24 hours we will never forget 🤍

From the moment we arrived in Mau Cau, we were welcomed with open arms. We shared meals, worked the land, danced, laughed, cried, and created memories that words can hardly describe.

For only the second time, they welcomed visitors into their community— our second time leaving with full hearts.

Cusco is alive with celebration 🇵🇪💫

As the former capital of the Inca Empire, the city comes alive each June with parades, music, traditional dances, and lots of culture.

We explored the heart of the city at Plaza de Armas before heading above the historic center for a breathtaking view of the celebrations below. Special thanks to my good friend and local guide, Renzo, for sharing his knowledge and helping us experience Cusco through local eyes.

And the adventure continues… next stop: the Sacred Valley. ⛰️🦙
