More about the Power Granola. It still has the same great base of gluten-free oats, corn flakes, rice puffs and coconut, and then I added pumpkin seeds, h**p seeds, and puffed quinoa. Then I sweetened it with coconut sugar and maple syrup.

That means that it has more protein, more fiber, less sugar and all kinds of powerful health benefits! It has all the amino acids and lots of vitamins and antioxidants, as well as heart healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Plus it tastes amazing! Like an oatmeal cookie!

It’s available on my website and you can try it in person at the Redding Farmers Market on Saturday. Yay!
