Well, we're hiring a Brewery Assistant again. And this time, it's for a pretty good reason.

Last time we posted this position, we told you exactly what the job was. Long days, hard work, lots of cleaning, and absolutely no guarantee you'd spend your afternoons standing around drinking b**r.

Apparently, that message resonated.

We found someone who showed up, worked hard, learned the ropes, and did such a great job that we promoted him to our sales team.

Which means we're back where we started.

Woody's Brewing Co. is looking for our next Brewery Assistant.

And just like last time, we're not going to sugarcoat it.

You'll spend a lot of time cleaning tanks, moving kegs, hauling grain, packaging b**r, and doing the hundred little things that keep a brewery running.

Some days are long. Some jobs are repetitive. And there's a whole lot more scrubbing than sipping.

But there's something pretty satisfying about putting in an honest day's work and knowing you helped make something people genuinely enjoy.

We're looking for someone who:

- Shows up on time. Every time.
- Takes pride in doing the job right, even when nobody's watching.
- Sees something that needs doing and does it.
- Understands that cleanliness and sanitation aren't optional.
- Can handle physically demanding work.
- Wants to learn, improve, and become a valuable part of a small team.

No brewery experience? No problem.

We can teach you how to brew b**r. We can teach you how to operate equipment. We can teach you why the little details matter.

What we can't teach is reliability, accountability, and a willingness to work hard.

Our past Brewery Assistants proved that the right attitude can open doors. We're hoping to find someone who brings that same kind of drive.

SeptemBEER fest in Chico:

Ticket holders will receive entry into a raffle, a tasting glass, pretzel necklace and in-and-out privileges all day. They'll also get access to new b**rs and live music.
