Dill in bloom
(Anethum graveolens)

Most people grow dill for the leaves…
but this is what happens when you let it stay a little longer.

It flowers into these soft yellow bursts,
full of life and movement,
calling in bees and beneficial insects 🐝

In the garden, timing changes everything.
Harvest early… or wait,
and let the plant tell a different story.

🌿 Great for pollinators
🌿 Supports a healthy garden
🌿 And yes… still beautiful

I didn’t plant these… and still, here they are 💜🍅

These are Queen of the Night tomatoes — and they grew completely on their own.
Seeds from last season, just waiting quietly in the soil.

No plan. No schedule. No effort from me.
Just the earth doing what it knows how to do.

Sometimes I think we try to control too much in the garden…
when really, the soil remembers everything.

🌿 These are called “volunteer plants”
but to me… they feel like little gifts.
