Vegetable soup with sticky rice and PBJs served at Inland Empire Food Not Bombs today!!

Big TANK YOU goes out to Kim and Ash for making the PBJs and prep/cooking the rice and soup, for donating the sticky rice, and for donating the safety/harm reduction suppiles!!

HOW TO GET INVOLVED...
I.E. Food Not Bombs gathers every Sunday rain or shine to prep/cook at 9:30am and serve FREE vegan food at Montvue Park in Pomona at 12:30pm!

If you would like to volunteer with prep/cooking or help out in any way with donations we will always need more of everything including food (vegetables/fruit/rice/legumes/spices/ vegan baked goods) paper plates, bowls with and without lids, disposable spoons/forks/cups, bottled water, cooking supplies, folding tables, EZ ups, personal supplies, narcan, tents, tarps, blankets, clothing, shoes and socks.. 🥕🌎🕊
