I stepped outside to watch another amazing sunrise when I noticed a mama deer looking south near the lavender field. She was so beautiful shrouded in golden morning mist. I wondered what had her attention. She was looking toward the road in earnest, here ears cocked and muscles tensed when a car drove by. Then I saw her fawn on the side of the road climbing through the fence. Once it made it to her, she ran, and her fawn followed. Slowing a safe distance from the road. She was teaching it to get away from the road quickly. Friendly reminder that wildlife has a hard time seeing at sunrise, sunset or when we have wildfire smoke just like we do.

Lavender sunsets engage all of your senses!

Inhale open your eyes.

Exhale release what you’ve been carrying in your body.

Maybe you need movement.

Maybe you need stillness.

Let the earth hold you.

Reset your nervous system.

Immerse yourself in lavender.

What calls you?

Maybe it’s golden hour yoga with energy medicine and mocktails.

Maybe it’s laying on the earth for a sound bath.

Maybe it’s a mixture of movement, flower crafting, music and breathwork.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the farm! Bloom Experience link in bio.
