With a background in engineering and over 20 years of experience working for one of the world’s leading high-tech companies as a Database Engineer, Data Analyst, and Technical Project Manager, I’ve always had a passion for problem-solving and exp

loring new ideas. In 2019, I shifted my focus to pursue my other passions—Chinese herbal medicine, holistic cooking, and molecular gastronomy. This journey deepened my appreciation for the science of food and the art of creating meaningful culinary experiences. What began as hosting intimate culinary events for close friends soon blossomed into a series of unique gatherings, blending my love of food, learning, and hospitality. These early experiences sparked the idea for Cork & Learn, a space where people can come together in a cozy, intimate setting to enjoy fine spirits and expand their knowledge. Today, I curate and host these experiences for small groups, offering a delightful mix of education, entertainment, and sensory exploration.
