new cinnamon roll box who dis?? Our croissant cinnamon rolls have certainly been a hit, but if there was one thing we needed to improve it was how they were packaged. Well we've listened to our customers and we're now using brand new boxes specifically for our croissant cinnamon rolls. Gone are the days of having our gooey cinnamon rolls stick to the box or parchment paper. After some testing our cinnamon rolls don't stick to the bottom of these new grease resistant boxes! Stop by the bakery after 8:15am to pick up a croissant cinnamon roll and see for yourself

Final week to try our strawberry matcha twice baked croissants this year! These croissants are filled with matcha frangipane and poached strawberries inside then topped with matcha buttercream after baking. Have you had a chance to try the latest savory tile in our display case? One of our original savory tiles, Allium Express, is now available! Gouda bechamel, caramelized onions, garlic confit and parmesan cheese are baked on our buttery croissant dough and then topped with chopped baby leeks.

We are implementing a special line and ordering protocol for our croissant cinnamon rolls tomorrow during Mother's day. 😁

For those looking to pick up rolls for a special mom in your life we will have a seperate cinnamon roll line, forming up the switch back ramp next to Carnegie Ln. Warm gooey rolls will come out at 8:15 and at that point we will let im small increments of customers from the cinnamon roll line into the bakery to purchase cinnamon rolls PLUS any other baked goods, coffee and bagels.

If you DO NOT want cinnamon rolls you will simply line up along the regular ramp next to the bakery (the usual queue). If you're waiting in the typical line and get inside after 8:15 when cinnamon rolls are available and decide to add cinnamon rolls to your order we will kindly ask you to join the separate cinnamon roll line to purchase any cinnamon rolls.

To ensure as many guests as possible get cinnamon rolls we will implement a limit of two cinnamon rolls per person. We will also not accept any preorder for our cinnamon rolls from customers that arrive before 8:15.

Finally please know, tomorrow we are baking our largest batch of cinnamon rolls since last week's launch. We know these rolls will still sell out but please know our whole bakery team from back of house to front of house is working hard to make this the best experience possible for our amazing customers.

How to get your hands on one of these crowd pleasers. To ensure our guests receive the best version of our croissant cinnamon rolls they are coming out at 8:15 everyday while they are still warm. Some days they may come out a few minutes early depending on proofing and baking but they will always be ready by 8:15 at the latest. Stop by the bakery shortly after then to pick up a fresh warm roll. Finally, for the time being we are limiting two rolls be customer. Thank you for supporting our neighborhood bakery!!
