Apple Cider Cake developed and recipe tested by Maya 🍰! This one quickly became one of our staff's favorite seasonal tea cake 🍰 🍏 Made with mutsu apples, apple sauce and reduced apple cider. Once it comes out of the oven the loaf is rolled in cinnamon sugar for the perfect exterior crust! As always our tea cakes are made with gluten free ingredients. We hope you get a chance to try this one!

Passionfruit & Coconut Croissant! A brand new seasonal croissant just dropped today at Tommy & Atticus Bakery! Filled with a coconut frangipane and passionfruit curd then topped with a coconut swiss meringue buttercream and fresh passionfruit! We're very excited to debut this new croissant today. Final days of our mango rice pudding kouign amann!! We only have a few cases of farmers market mangos left and we will sell these tasty pastries until we run out of mangos! We will be transitioning to our s'mores kouign amann afterwards

Who's had a Tommy & Atticus peach scone this season?? Historically this is our most popular seasonal item at the bakery. A delicious scone loaded with regierfamilyfarms peaches, peach syrup and lemon zest and finished off with a lemon vanilla glaze. We hope you get a chance to try it out while peach season is in full swing!

Thank you regierfamilyfarms for producing the best peaches each season! Peach season is here at Tommy and Atticus! Our delicious peaches and cream twice baked croissant is in the display case now! Filled with a cashew and honey frangipane, housemade peach jam and topped with a peach swiss meringue buttercream and a peach slice! 🍑🥐

Three Years of Tommy and Atticus retail bakery! To celebrate this occasion all weekend long we are offering three rainbow sprinkle filled anniversary specials! Funfetti Croissant topped with vanilla buttercream, our signature country sourdough filled with rainbow sprinkles and our whoopie pie cookie sandwich! We are also offering your choice of Tommy and Atticus stickers to anyone everyone who shops at our bakery this weekend!

Hot Pastrami, Egg and Cheese!!! To celebrate 3 years of Tommy and Atticus we are offering two special breakfast bagel sandwiches this weekend Friday, July 10th, thru Sunday, July 12th. A hot pastrami sandwich featuring a quarter pound of the best RC Provisions pastami, Chino Valley Ranchers organic scrambled eggs, swiss cheese and a housemade Russian dressing. Plus a wild salmon roe bagel with shaved red onions, fresh dill and Sierra Nevada Cheese Company . As always our bagel sandwiches are available from opening until 10:30am! Special anniversary pastries, loaves and giveaways will be announced in following days!
