It's getting pretty exciting around here!

July to September was amazing! It was great learning what market visitors wanted, what they didn't love, and what I'm able to do on my own while juggling a full time job, photography, and the farm.

By the end of August, I was making about 15 medium-sized bags a week of oyster mushrooms, which takes time and super-sterile conditions. I learned very quickly that if I wanted to scale this business the way I wanted, I'm going to need some help.

Meet my new bulk bag supplier, Hernshaw Farms . These folks are amazing and are really doing some incredible things in the mushroom world and in West Virginia.

By popular demand, I'll be offering Blue Oysters, Italian Oysters, and Lion's Mane mushrooms.

Can't wait to share some delicious mushrooms with you all soon! I'll resume at the Statesboro Farmers Market starting on October 6th. See you then! 🍄
