We're thinking about introducing Beef Dino Ribs this weekend. Several people have been asking. We always want to give you what you're asking for but they're not cheap to purchase, cook or buy. Id like to do pre-orders for full 3 bone racks. $100 per rack. Will serve several people. And we'll reserve 2 or 3 racks for walk up service $35 per bone.
They're one of the best items I cook. They're seasoned Texas Style salt pepper and garlic. Slow smoked for 8 hours to all the fat has rendered then rested for 14 hours. The finished product is rich with great beef flavor. Message us with your order. Include your email address and cell number. We'll invoice you and once we receive payment, we'll lock you in. Only full racks for pre-orders.
