It’s that time of the year again; our annual family photos 2026! ❤️ Miles Tiatco

Finn and Leilei definitely weren’t in the mood for pictures, and Finn wasn’t exactly interested in listening, but we still managed to capture a few sweet moments (and some hilarious ones too 😂).

They may not be perfect or exactly how I imagined, but I’m so grateful we got them done. Years from now, these imperfect little moments will be the ones we’ll treasure the most. 💕 ❤️

These are my half-Filipino babies, and they are definitely embracing their Filipino side! 🇵🇭❤️

Growing up, some of my favorite meals were eggs and rice, hotdogs and rice, or fried chicken and rice. Today, I helped the kids crack, beat, and cook their eggs. My daughter was the first to ask for eggs and rice, and as soon as her brother saw what she was having, he wanted the same thing!

It makes me smile seeing them enjoy the same simple comfort foods I loved as a child. Their Filipino side is definitely shining through. 😊🍳🍚

Today was a really productive day for me and the kids. Since it’s Easter weekend, we started the morning by going to Community Church at 9:30. They offered free breakfast, and the kids enjoyed some activities like a bubbles and face painting. Then they participated in their Easter egg hunt; both of them collected a lot of eggs, and thankfully there were more toys than candy!

After that, we went to Doughboy Donuts, and then to Learning Express to see the Easter Bunny and take some pictures. The kids also wanted to try the K-pop meal at McDonald’s, so we did (I would say not worth it but at least we tried it) Afterward, we headed straight to the Chocolate Nugget Factory, which I think was the highlight of the day. They had a playhouse, free pictures booth, as well as pictures with the bunny, and of course, another egg hunt.

We went home for a bit, then met up with some of the kids friends at the park. It was a really active day, and the kids said they had a great time.

The kids reunited with Kuya Miles, and they were so happy and excited to see him. My heart feels full and complete. Can ...
